Bi-Weekly Bliss is our recurring house cleaning service designed to maintain your home every two weeks. Each visit follows a detailed cleaning plan covering your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors, including routine dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming and mopping.

Because there are two weeks between visits, our cleaning plan focuses on the areas where everyday dust, mess and buildup tend to accumulate most, helping bring your home back to a clean, refreshed standard each visit.

Why does Bi-Weekly Bliss start with an Initial Clean?

The Initial Clean is a more detailed first cleaning that gives us extra time to get your home ready for bi-weekly maintenance. We take care of areas that need more attention and establish a clean starting point.

After that, we return every two weeks to maintain your home, helping control buildup and keep each visit more consistent.

Question 3

How much will my bi-weekly cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

Every home is different, but as a general example, a home of around 2,000 sq. ft. (excluding the basement) can expect Bi-Weekly Bliss to be approximately $250 + GST per visit.

Your exact rate will depend on your home’s layout, condition and cleaning needs. Bi-Weekly Bliss is priced based on completing your agreed cleaning plan—not by the time spent in your home—so your regular rate stays predictable from visit to visit.

Your Initial Clean is priced separately, and your ongoing bi-weekly rate will be confirmed before recurring service begins.

Will my cleaning be on the same day and time every two weeks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bi-Weekly Bliss is set up as a recurring service, so your cleaning is reserved for the same day and arrival time every two weeks whenever possible.

There’s no need to book each visit separately—your recurring spot stays on our schedule.

If a change is ever needed due to a holiday or unexpected circumstance, we’ll communicate with you in advance.

Question 5

Do I need to be home during my bi-weekly cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No. You’re welcome to be home, but you don’t need to arrange your day around your cleaning.

Many clients provide a secure access method, such as a door code or another agreed entry option, so our cleaning technician can complete the service while they’re at work or away.

Once access is arranged, you can carry on with your day and come home to a freshly cleaned home.

Question 6

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

Accepted Answer

We provide the cleaning products and supplies needed for your Bi-Weekly Bliss service. The only equipment we ask you to provide is your household vacuum, left somewhere accessible for your cleaning technician.

Using the vacuum that stays in your home helps reduce the transfer of dust, pet hair and debris between households. If you have preferred cleaning products or special instructions, let us know and we can add them to your cleaning plan.

Question 7

Can Bi-Weekly Bliss be adjusted to my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bi-Weekly Bliss follows a consistent cleaning checklist, but we can also incorporate household tasks that make the service more useful to you.

This could include stripping beds and washing bedding, making beds with fresh linens, hand-washing dishes when needed, unloading the dishwasher and putting items away in their usual cabinets, or watering a houseplant while we’re there.

Tell us what would make your bi-weekly service more helpful to your household, and we’ll let you know what can be incorporated into your cleaning plan.

Some requests may require additional time or an additional charge.

Question 8

What if I’m away or need to change a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No problem. If you’re travelling, have guests or need to change a visit, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. When availability allows, we can move your cleaning to another day or adjust the upcoming visit.

Your regular Bi-Weekly Bliss day and time will remain your recurring spot for future visits.

Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Where do you offer bi-weekly house cleaning?

Our Bi-Weekly Bliss house cleaning service is available throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities, including Sherwood Park and St. Albert.

Because bi-weekly clients receive a recurring day and time, availability depends on our current routes and openings in your area.
